Programme

Preliminary Programme

Schoorl NL, Wednesday 27th – Friday 29th of August 2025.

The first day of the Co-lab Retreat will focus on selecting project topics and forming teams around shared goals and interests. Once the teams are formed, the work begins in a collaborative and flexible way – without assigning a formal team leader. This approach creates space for everyone to contribute equally and to take ownership of specific sub-tasks that align with individual strengths or enthusiasm. Throughout the retreat, teams will have the freedom to shape their own working process. On the final day, all teams will come together to present the outcomes of their projects to the entire group, creating an opportunity for shared learning and inspiration. After the retreat, the TDCC NES will be involved in supporting the outcomes of the retreat in the best way suitable.

Participants can also propose to organise shorter sessions in the afternoons, or lead other (outdoor) activities, using an unconference board in the main room of the Retreat.

More info to follow after your application is accepted.
